Pepsi-Cola names bottler of the year

Pepsi-Cola North America, the beverage unit of Purchase-based PepsiCo Inc., has named Buffalo Rock of Columbus, Ga., as its Donald M. Kendall Bottler of the Year for 2007. The award, named for PepsiCo’s former chairman, is based on criteria that include customer service, community support, volume and sales growth.
