Seminar to focus on changing economy

The Business Council of Westchester will host the next seminar in its “Westchester@Work: Investment, Ingenuity, Innovation” series on Oct. 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester in White Plains.

The luncheon will feature a panel of professionals who will share their experiences to help people maximize business opportunities in a challenging economy.

Esther Davidowitz, editor-in-chief of Westchester Magazine, will address innovations in media. George E. Dunkel, president and chief executive officer of The Westchester Bank, will discuss how changes in the credit markets are leading to new products and service delivery options. Steve Wemple, vice president of affairs at Consolidated Edison, will discuss the changing demands of the business world related to energy.
