College receives federal grant

Rockland Community College’s Small Business Development Center in Suffern has received a $282,000 federal grant to help small businesses that are facing challenges in finding, employing and retaining qualified employees.
The two-year grant is designed to provide resources to study the skills needs of small business, develop training programs and help deliver the specific training needed for Rockland County’s work force.
