Children’s salon to open in Scarsdale

Snip-its, a national franchise of children’s hair salons, will open its newest location in Westchester County on Nov. 13 at 450 Central Avenue at the Scarsdale Park Mall. The 1,800-square foot salon features six cutting stations and an animated cartoon decor.
