IRS to host career open house

The Internal Revenue Service will host a Career Open House on Oct. 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the IRS office on 290 Broadway between Duane and Reade Streets in Manhattan.
“At the open house, IRS leaders and newly-hired employees from the private sector will be available to discuss your goals and interests and answer questions about working at the IRS,†IRS spokesman Kevin McKeon said.
The IRS said that it has many career paths for professionals, including accounting, management, customer service, information technology, collection, law enforcement, legal and finance.
