North Street Community LLC has opened the Westchester Medical Pavilion, a 72,000-square-foot medical office complex at 311 North St. in White Plains. About 40 percent of the four-story building has been leased so far following a $4 million renovation, the developer said.
Among the new leases: Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester, a not-for-profit home hospice care provider; Edna L. Roker Social Adult Day Care Center Inc., a senior day care program; Urogynecology and Advanced Pelvic Surgery P.C., a GYN specialist for women’s health.
Dennis Noskin Architects of Tarrytown is the architect for the project. Rakow Commercial Realty Group is the exclusive leasing agent. North Street Community has plans to build 335 independent condominiums for those 60 and older at the 23-acre campus.
