Mortgage broker to hold loan seminar

Peter Spino Jr., an attorney and mortgage broker, will provide free tips on how to get a mortgage loan modification successfully approved and avoid foreclosure in a presentation on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. at the Ossining Public Library. Worksheets will be provided to homeowners as part of the presentation that is called “The Do’s and Don’ts of Loan Modification Applications.” Spino owns a mortgage brokerage firm, Blue Planet Mortgage LLP, in Irvington.
