Author to speak at scholarship event

Author and entrepreneur Randal Pinkett will be the keynote speaker at the Third Annual Scholarship Awards & Networking Reception on Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. The event, hosted by the Westchester/Greater Connecticut chapter of the National Black MBA Association, will be held at the Inn at Longshore, 260 Compo Rd. South, Westport, Conn.
Pinkett is co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of BCT Partners, a management, technology and policy consulting firm. He also was the first African American winner of NBC’s “The Apprentice” program, featuring Donald Trump.
