Panera Bread opens in Mohegan Lake

Panera Bread recently opened a cafe in Mohegan Lake at the Cortlandt Town Center. The menu includes fresh-baked breads, muffins, cookies, soups and salads. A grand opening is scheduled for Friday at 10:30 a.m.
