New manager named at Chappaqua shopping center

Athena Real Estate LLC of Danbury, Conn., recently was hired as the manager of the Horace Greeley Village Shopping Center in Chappaqua. Athena, a commercial real estate investment and advisory firm, also acquires manufactured housing communities, recreational vehicle parks and self storage facilities.
