IBM signs two technology contracts

IBM Corp. said that it has renewed a five-year contract with Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. to operate the information technology infrastructure for the Calgary, Alberta-based railroad. The contract covers mainframe, database and other computer services. In a seperate announcement, Armonk-based IBM signed a five-year contract to manage data storage for Atkins, a design and engineering group in the United Kingdom.
