Chamber plans African-American book festival this Saturday

The African American Chamber of Commerce of Westchester and Rockland Counties and QBR/The Black Book Review will host the West/Rock African American Book Festival from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday at Mount Vernon City Hall Plaza.
The festival will hold an opening reception from 6-9 p.m. Friday evening at Lvsiadas Portuguese Restaurant in Mount Vernon from 6-9 p.m. For details, visit www.aaccnys.org.
