Diana Gould Ltd. recently was named resident floral designer for The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester. Diana Gould will be responsible for providing flowers for the lobby of the White Plains hotel. The business will also provide floral décor to those planning parties or events at hotel facilities. Diana Gould Ltd., a family-owned business, was founded in Scarsdale in 1979.
