PepsiCo names senior vice president and treasurer

PepsiCo Inc., the Purchase-based beverage and snack food giant, said that Tessa Hilado has joined the company as senior vice president of finance and treasurer. She replaces Lionel L. Nowell III, who has retired as senior vice president and treasurer.
Hilado will be responsible for PepsiCo’s treasury organization, including capital markets, cash management, international treasury, pensions, risk management and insurance. Hilado previously was vice president and treasurer at Schering-Plough Corp. since May 2008.
