IBM extends outsourcing contract with Allied

IBM Corp. said that it has signed a contract extension to provide outsourcing services to Allied Systems Holdings Inc. for five additional years. Allied, an automobile-hauling company, originally signed a contract with IBM in 2001. Financial term of the contract were not disclosed.
