IntegraMed declares 25% stock split dividend payment

IntegraMed America Inc., the country’s largest fertility-services company, announced today that shareholders will receive dividend payments in the form an extra share of stock for every four held as of April 13. Stock certificates will be mailed on May 4 to qualifying shareholders. Only whole shares will be issued, the Purchase-based company said. Fractional shares will be rounded to the next whole share.

Presidential Life raises dividend

Presidential Life Corp. of Nyack announced that it has increased its quarterly dividend to 12.5 cents a share. The dividend is payable April 2 to shareholders of record on March 16. The previous quarterly dividend was 10 cents a share.
