 She will be responsible for the unit&#8217;s magazine brands based in Milwaukee including Birds &#38; Blooms, Country, Farm &#38; Ranch Living and Reminisce. The four magazines, which have a combined circulation of 4.5 million, also publish calendars, newsletters and books.

 Nickell, a magazine publishing executive with 20 years of experience, previously was vice president and editor-in-chief of Better Homes and Gardens from 2001 to 2006.

	<p>Nespoli, a resident of Stony Point, became a sanitation worker in 1970 and was soon active in the union  as a shop steward.  He was elected a trustee in 1980 and vice president in 1993. In 2001, he became president of the union that represents 6,000 workers.</p>
